Korea English Language Testing Association (KELTA)


The Korea English Language Testing Association (KELTA) was founded as a leading academic association specializing in English language assessment in Korea in 1999. Since then, the KELTA has been serving as an academic organization to provide English language testing experts and teachers with many opportunities to exchange up-to-date information pertaining to a wide variety of topics on English language assessment and to address issues related to national assessment policies. Approximately 150 members have been participating in the association’s academic activities, along with about 60 board members (including professors, researchers, and teachers).
