  • All fees are listed in US Dollars, and all payments must be made in US Dollars.
  • Please note that any fees associated with wire transfers are responsibility of the attendee.

Payment Policy:
For registrants who elect not to pay at the time of registration, payment is due within 30 days of registration or by June 15, 2017 whichever comes first. Registrants who have not cancelled by the cancellation deadline of June 15, 2017 will be assessed an additional $30 late payment fee. Payment is due immediately for those attendees who register after June 15, 2017. Please contact with questions or to request an exemption of this policy.

Passport or Cedula Number Required for Registration:
Migración Colombia (The Migration Authority of Colombia), as part of their program SIRE---Sistema de Información del Registro de Extranjeros---(Information system about the registry of foreign persons) requires that all universities be able to present them with the passport numbers of international conference attendees and their guests.

During check-in at the actual conference, the University is required by Migración Colombia to collect a scan of the passport page and the entry stamp into Colombia. Should someone forget their passport at their hotel, they will be required to provide it the following day. Passport information is required for all conference attendees and their guests and will be required when accessing the University.

The use of this information is only and explicitly for Migración Colombia; it is illegal for the University to share this data with any other body.

Your hotel will also ask for a scan of your passport.

Refunds due to cancellation will process as follows:

Cancellation prior to June 15, 2017 - Refund of 90% of registration fees.
Cancellation on or after June 16, 2017 - No refund due to cancellation.

Photography Waiver:

There will be an official photographer at the conference taking photos for archival and marketing purposes. If you see a photo of yourself posted or would otherwise like to opt out, please email with a photo of yourself attached.
