I can't remember my PASSWORD. How do I retrieve it?
After I register, I can't continue to make a payment. What is wrong? Your browser may be blocking cookies. A cookie is needed to continue from the registration to the payment page. You may need to enable cookies in your browser to complete the transaction. You can disable cookies after the transaction if you would like. IMPORTANT: If you are a new member, you many need to confirm your registration with the link and/or the password sent to your email. If you get a cookie error, you may need to log in again to proceed to the payment page. I can't enter my credit card number to make a payment What do I do? If you cannot enter your credit card number or change your country from United States, click on the "REVIEW ORDER AND CONTINUE" button. You should be able to update your information on the next page and then continue with your payment.
When I try to register I get the error "username in use". What do I do? If you get the error "username in use", you already have an account on the website using that username (unless someone else has the same username). You should be able to log in with your username and password. If you cannot remember your password, use the Forgot login? link on the front page. NOTE: Registration is not the same as "joining or renewing membership in ILTA". You only need to register with the website 1 time. Renewal in ILTA is annual and requires that you log into the website and proceed with paypal.
